These Terms govern your use of Product ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
The service
Product provides a team task tracker as a hosted web application. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll let you know about substantive changes by email or in-product notice.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any teammates you invite.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (at least 13 in most places).
Your content
The tasks, custom fields, comments, and other content you create belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and the teammates you invite. We will not access your workspace content except as required to operate, secure, or improve the service (and, where the law applies, with appropriate safeguards).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or violate someone else's rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the service except via our security disclosure process.
- Send spam or unauthorized commercial email through the service.
- Store malware, phishing content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Plans, billing, and refunds
During beta, Product is free. When we introduce paid plans, you'll be told the price and billing cadence before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.
Termination
- You can close your account at any time from your profile settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, or where required by law. We'll give notice except where doing so would itself be harmful.
- On termination you can export your workspace content for 30 days; after that we delete it, except where law requires retention.
Warranties & disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is" and disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Changes to these Terms
When we update these Terms in a way that affects you, we'll email you and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
